In a review of its creative delivery ahead of the 2016 European Championships, Nike Football will now work with agencies R/GA London and Dare across its European football account.

The result of a competitive pitch, it see's London based R/GA London and Dare take over on football duties from AKQA, who will continue to work with the brand in other areas of the business. AKQA, having held the contract since 2007, have been involved in numerous projects over the last eight years, including 'The Chance' - Nike's global football campaign created to give amateur footballers the chance to win a professional contract.

Dare has yet to work with Nike so no doubts the pitch was a strong one. Their clients include EE and BMW among others. R/GA London, who have worked with Ray-Ban and Heineken have an existing relationship with the brand, curating various projects together over the last decade.
