This week gave us our first looks at the special Nike Phantom GT II 'UV' edition on professional pitches. First up, Brighton's Ellie Brazil laced up in the new colourway for her side's 2-0 win over West Ham.

Josef Martinez (Venezuela) Nike Phantom GT II UV

The Nike Phantom GT II 'UV' was not set to get any on-pitch support from professional players upon its release, but that didn't stop striker Josef Martinez of Venezuela lacing up in them for his side's World Cup qualifiers against Argentina and Peru, games they lost 3-1 and 1-0 respectively.

Vivienne Miedema (Arsenal Women) adidas X Speedflow +

Vivienne Miedema scored the opener in Arsenal's 3-2 win over Chelsea on the weekend, and she did so in an unreleased colourway of the adidas X Speedflow. The sleek new design sees blue hues incorporated for a look that's reminiscent of past F50 Adizero models.

Rafael Leao (AC Milan) adidas X Speedflow .1

Along with the laceless version on Miedema, AC Milan's Rafael Leão gave us a look at the laced .1 version of the upcoming colourway of the adidas X Speedflow. Expect this one to drop in the near future.

Alessandro Florenzi (Italy) Nike Tiempo Legend 9

Nike rolled out a touch of special treatment for all of its winners of the Euros and Copa America, adding hits of chrome to the soleplates and laces of the Motivation Pack boots. Alessandro Florenzi showed off the Tiempo Legend 9 as he prepared for Italy's World Cup qualifiers.

Showing off the Phantom GT II from the 'Motivation Pack', complete with chrome trimmings in celebration of the Euro win courtesy of Nike, was Federico Bernardeschi.

Federico Chiesa (Italy) Nike Mercurial Vapor 14

And completing the lineup of pimped Nike 'Motivation Pack' boots in the Italian camp was Federico Chiesa, who wore the Mercurial Vapor 14, complete with chrome soleplate and laces, in his side's World Cup qualifiers against Bulgaria and Switzerland, scoring in the former.

Memphis Depay (Netherlands) Under Armour Magnetico SL

Memphis Depay continues to flit between boots, but he was back in Under Armour Magnetico SL for the Netherlands' World Cup qualifier against Montenegro, a game he scored twice in as the Dutch romped to a 4-0 win. Does this mean Depay is back with Under Armour? Nothing certain yet, but the American brand will be happy to keep that relationship going in the hopes of tempting him back.

Joao Felix (Atletico Madrid) adidas X Speedflow +

Joao Felix returned to training this week after a period out injured, but there was something different about the Portuguese. Rather than his usual adidas COPA +, he wore the X Speedflow + – an intriguing switch given that he was one of the main faces of the laceless COPA behind Paulo Dybala.

Bolivia scrapped to a 1-1 draw with Colombia in their World Cup qualifier this week, and right back Diego Bejarano opted for the special Messi edition adidas X Speedflow .1 "El Retorno" for the occasion.

Clarence Seedorf (World XI) adidas adipure IV

Soccer Aid again saw ex pros and celebrities joining forces to raise money for Unicef, and with it came a raft of throwback boots. The pick of the bunch came on the feet of Dutch legend Clarence Seedforf, who wore the adidas adipure IV. The World XI triumphed 3-0 on the night, but football was the real winner, with a record £13 million raised for charity.
