All eyes on the Arsenal training ground this weekend, as Aaron Ramsdale and Pablo Mari were both spotted trialling the blacked out prototype next generation adidas Predator.

Last week we got our first proper look at the next generation of adidas Predator on the feet of Jude Bellingham, and now we have an even close look courtesy of Arsenal pair Pablo Mari and Aaron Ramsdale. The next instalment in the iconic franchise is expected to drop in January 2022, so we’re only going to be seeing more of it as time passes.

What we get here is a much better look at that reworked upper, which features lines rather than spikes in a look that’s far more reminiscent of the Predator LZ. The Predator LZ originally dropped back in 2012 and featured a design that defined five ‘Lethal Zones’ related to ball control and striking, so could this be following in that mould?

Pablo Mari laced up in the .1 version, while Aaron Ramsdale slipped into the laceless ‘+’ option, giving us a great look at both.
