Capturing behind the scenes and on the road, photographer Neil Bedford has collaborated with Kasabian to release a special edition book entitled 'Underdogs'. Travelling from gig to gig and culminating at Leicester City's King Power stadium, it follows the band to the finish line where newly crowned Premier League champions celebrated their successes with the city.
Having worked with the band for 5 years as their official photographer, it is the first time that they have released images publicly in this nature. A culmination of a season in which Leicester City triumphed as the Underdog, it's a fitting aesthetic celebration that marks a heroic chapter for the Premier League and indeed the city, with the band supporting the club throughout their journey from top to bottom. A perfect blend of football and music that crosses into the top end of fashion photography while remaining humble, images painting a pure story.
The book itself is limited edition with only 500 being produced. 100 of which will be signed by the photographer. Being given total freedom to let his creative eye shoot away, it's one for the appreciator of a strong visual game. There's nothing not to like. Keep myself riding on this train...
