While we wait to officially see what the first-ever Nike produced Liverpool kits will look like, we’ve contented ourselves with the numerous concepts that are doing the rounds online, rounding up the best here for your viewing pleasure.

As the world waits with bated breath for the return of football, the 1 June date that technically ends Liverpool’s time with New Balance and begins their tenure with Nike edges ever-nearer. As a result, the possibility of Liverpool lifting the title in a Nike kit is a real one, but what could that kit look like? That’s the question that concept designers all over the world have been answering in their own fashion, with some sumptuous looks that would be sure to please Reds fans. Back in October 2019, when the courts ruled in Nike’s favour in the battle to be Liverpool’s official kit supplier, we scouted out the best that were on offer at the time. But with another six months under the belt, we've now updated that list...

Our main focus has been drawn to the work of LFC92, aka visual designer Steven Taylor. A self-professed die-hard Red, Steven has taken an all-encompassing approach to his concepts, offering up several options across the board, including the obligatory home kit, two away kits, two third kits, a special edition LeBron James x LFC kit, and most recently a quite sublime UCL change kit, which you can see above.

TDZNGraphics has then thrown in a tidy little black and gold third shirt option. If we're being honest, anytime you combine black and gold you've got our attention, and here the gold is utilised through the collar and cuffs, across the shoulders and through the sponsor and branding. Nice.

And that's followed up by the best of the rest that we've seen floating around on Instagram, with some strong links to past kits, along with some new paths being trodden. Any of them close to what the official kits will be? Time will tell.

Stay tuned to see what Nike come up with for their first-ever LFC kits in the near future...
