In the years between 1899 and 2017, White Hart Lane has seen and been part of it all. A mainstay throughout the football timeline, for one last time, the playground has hosted its final Premier League fixture. In capturing the energy that encompassing one of the most famous grounds across the globe, we collaborated with photographer Elliott Wilcox to capture those moments, just once more.

When you head into the theatre, the curvature that focuses the attention in the direction of the stage captures the imagination. A place where we congregate to be entertained whilst creating fresh memories, every second is different to the last and the rollercoaster of emotion is uncanny. Turbulent yet triumphant, football and it's homes we collectively inhabit up and down the land provide a four sided stage where we outpour emotion. White Hart Lane, has dominated the football landscape for as long as the game has dominated popular culture and with their new megastructure stretching around their historic palace, it's time to bid that old home a fond farewell.

What better way to do just that than a cruising win over Manchester United, eh? The trajectory of Tottenham Hotspur is most certainly positive. Heading for second place in the Premier League following a third place finish last season, their temporary campaign-long trip to Wembley might just be a place where silverware shines most for Spurs. Marking the occasion here and now however, a Sunday showdown was the perfect send off for a place that has given the game so many pivotal talking points.

Fans gathering with an almighty offering of shirts through the ages, the streets were lined with fans with or without tickets who flocked to pay their respects one last time. A celebration over anything too pensive, the mood was excitable and you can understand why. The future looks incredibly bright for Spurs and their new home is made for a glorious future. Scalable a sheer megastructure it moves their backdrop from tired treasure to contemporary gold. A perfect dining table for the finest in the game to pick up their party.

Leaving memories in one location may be a sad and tough past time for the Spurs faithful though the blossoming journey they're on is not about any promised land, it's more about creating something fresh for a new generation. Looking as sharp as they can in the process while staying, rather religious, in the same post code will keep White Hart Lane very much alive. The ground may go but the soil under the surface will always remain.
