No time for mediocre small talk, Supreme have gone for the jugular and produced another beautifully minimal football inspired shirts for their SS16 collection. So much form on show.
Go back a few years and your Sunday league manager would dump a cardboard box in the middle of the changing room and that would be your kit for the season. Usually a wash of colour, a polyester playground, a proper 90s football shirt. The best kind.
Now throw it forward and we're looking right at the Supreme SS16 soccer collection. Simple tones but enormous presence, it's part of a collection that Morrissey's 5-a-side could do well to be seen in, but alas, he roots for the red side of Manchester so this fluorescent blue just won't do. For us though, we'll take two, three, four...
Accompanying the solid black v-neck and white pinstripes is another shirt of equalling beauty. A claret number with a ferociously cool neckline and almighty checkered pattern of tonal perfection. Equipped with retro woven Supreme logo, it's a strong team you can sign up for when you don one of these. Again, we'll be taking enough to field a couple of well dressed squads.
