We've teamed up with Hummel Hive to release a limited edition collection of football shirts that kick off 2017 with style that travels both on and off the pitch.

Hummel Hive, the part of the Hummel brand that is dedicated to exploring creative collaboration, this release is testament to the philosophy shared both the brand and SoccerBible. A creative collaboration in every sense, the SoccerBible x Hummel Hive collection has been captured and shot exclusively by The Rig Out who joined forces with SoccerBible to produce the lookbook and accompanying short film.

The imagery features players of AGF Aarhus, taking in a look that is both on and off the pitch. With Hummel based in Aarhus, AGF are the most local side to the brand and with the shirts championed by those iconic Danish chevrons, it’s only right that both film and footage was captured at somewhere pure in the football sense whilst located at the root of the free-thinking brand.

The 40 second film bottles the energy and sheer volume of support that the game of football brings. Taken from ‘Havamàl’, the poem that is recited reads: “Know how to cut them, Know how to read them, Know how to stain them, Know how to prove them, Know how to evoke them, Know how to score them, Know how to send them, Know how to end them, The wise one has spoken these words in the hall, Needful for men to know, Not for trolls to understand, Hail to the speaker, Hail to the knower, Joy to him who has understood, Glory to those who have listened.”

Working with creative powerhouse, ilovedust, the base designs of the shirts have been produced to provide an artistic look. Illustrator Lola Beltran has created the on fire whistle badge that sits on the chest of the front of the shirt as well as the typography on the reverse.

Three shirts have been produced and each represents a different style. Geometric shapes mixed with blossoming colour and minimalist tones, each shirt is a visual outpouring for a modern game that has creativity woven into its seams.

Just 100 of each shirts have been created and are on sale now here.
