A collaboration with British closthing brand, 'Represent', Admiral have taken to the fashion lined streets of Milan to bring a contemporary edge to what is a classic brand. A snippet of a view at a forthcoming FW collection, it's at the top table where this series of designs finds itself well tailored.
A resurgence of a brand can quite often be the result of some clever re-aligning. In the case of Admiral, they have linked up with a lifestyle brand that brings raw tones to the fore with an authentic finish. Represent is established in their own right and having a clear direction and identity, the relationship with Admiral has seen the former bring the latter out in bloom so that they are no longer simply a throwback from another generation but well and truly looking back to the future.
Finding it's debut at Milan Fashion Week, the collection is available exclusively through very limited stores including Nordstrom in the USA and Selfridges in the UK. Could Admiral be a brand to assert themselves in a space where football meets fashion? This collection would imply so and the strong looks carry a stylised message - football is very much on the fashionable agenda.
