Following from the adidas FANATIC event in London, adidas and Soho Warriors teamed up once more, recreating a perfect football pub environment for the Champions League Final.
The Albion on Goldsmiths Row is a traditional English football pub. Memorabilia clad, momentos from games and clubs far and wide - it's a home of acute memories and heady footballing support. Sadly however, the pub is just about to change hands. Meaning future memories will have to be created elsewhere. In celebrating what made this pub just so special, Soho Warriors put together an incredible collection of trinkets, pennants, shirts and so much more from the adidas archives, not to mention some iconic boots in the process.
Far more of a celebration as to what makes pubs of this kind so very special rather than a state of mourning, it provided the perfect home and setting for those passionate about football and preserving those effortlessly cool memories of European football history.
Beers flowing and an appreciative crowd - there are few places you'd find more dedicated to football than 133 Bethnal Green road on Saturday as Barcelona dispatched a strong Juve side. This event, a all encompassing celebration about why football is such a beautiful game.
