With marbled elegance and a sharp fresh cut, adidas and Paul Pogba celebrated their debut collaborative capsule collection at the prestigious home of Parisian fashion and culture, Colette.

As the black and gold dropped, it was a sophisticated offering that personified the world's most talked about player. A signature collection that truly cuts from a different cloth, this is the new generation we're witnessing. Paul Pogba shifts the gears while crosses over to ever creative grounds. The game has headliners  from CR7 to Neymar, Messi to Aguero  though 'PP' and his unrivalled character styles it out head and shoulders above them all.

Joining Paul on stage for the launch was creative director for adidas football, Sam Handy. The collection itself is made up of a range of garms, from the on pitch ACE 17+ Purecontrol boots to the off pitch bomber jacket. Tonal touches such as the heavy emblazoned 'Paris' across the front of the match shirt inspired tee are joined with the bespoke 'PP' logo and adidas branding. A performance based collection that lands in lifestyle space, it's a glorious signature introduction that melts visually across each piece.

As well as an accompanying short film and bespoke look book, there's a soundtrack to the collection too. With Pogba personally inviting French musician MHD to pen him a track, the rapper also owned the stage in dropping tracks into the evening. Naturally PP joined him on stage to kick off the most styled out party a player could host. It saw strong fashion ties with Colette, the vision of adidas and the natural flair of Pogba pair up with MHD too. Ticking all the creative boxes, this was an event that dropped as organic as they come. Even Pogba's mother was in attendance. A creative celebration for the whole football family.
