Arsenal's Alex Iwobi has been called upon by the club to try and immerse the Gunners new-boys in the culture of North London by teaching them some of the lingo on the streets. Spices, mad tings and peng tings, all the tings, really.

Forget Wenger's tidy passing football philosophy, if you want to make it at this club you've got to be able to mix it with the locals, and Iwobi has sorted out Rob Holding of Greater Manchester and Granit Xhaka of Switzerland with a number of essential phrases to use in and around the Emirates. Iwobi was born in Nigeria but grew up in London, and being the nephew of legendary showboater Jay-Jay Okocha he's a man who is used to being in cold whips wearing certi crepes, so he's best placed to take on the role of tutor here.

Some description

Wenger's team talk is 95% London street slang so it's important these new lads get to grips with the lingo asap. Wenger learned it all from spitting sick bars on the mean streets of N5 with Pat Rice. Gassed fam, gassed.
