Paris Saint-Germain and French fashion label Koché hosted a fashion show in Shenzhen to unveil the club's new 2019/20 Jordan Brand away kit after touching down in China as part of their pre-season tour. The full squad took to the runway to showcase their latest collaboration with Jumpman, as well as a number of statement fashion pieces designed by Koché.

If you ever wanted to see Kylian Mbappé and Edinson Cavani in matching PSG hooded dressing gowns then you're in luck. The Parisians have landed in China for friendly games against Inter Milan on Saturday in Macau, and Sydney FC on Tuesday in Jiangsu, but before the balls come out to play it's strictly business for a club striving to further boost their rapidly growing reputation as a global footballing-streetwear powerhouse.

The new PSG x Jordan 19/20 away kit was given a first outing in front of the Chinese fans, as well as the latest PSG x Jordan lifestyle collection in amongst some traditional Chinese entertainment. Before the fashion show, the squad discovered Shenzhen and its local culture by mixing with the locals, once again wearing their new streetwear-fused clothing collection. Mbappé was clearly the main man in attendance as the Frenchman played a much more prominent role in the celebrations than usual poster-boy Neymar who took somewhat of an uncharacteristic backseat amid his transfer speculation.

Mbappé was joined by Marco Verratti at a pop-up PSG x Nike store in Shenzhen to kick off the first activation of the club's China tour, with the teammates opening the store and playing a bit of head tennis before attentions turned to fashion show duties. These pre-season tours are all about growing a club's global brand, the football is secondary, and for PSG they're tapping into a Chinese market that has a huge thirst for the streetwear-scene the club are leading in football circles.
