EA Sports have teamed up with adidas Football to drop a quartet of limited edition 'Fourth Shirts' for Juventus, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Manchester United. Each packing a daring design which will be available in digital form on FIFA 19 as well as dropping in restricted numbers in stores.

This isn't the first time adidas and EA Sports have pulled a stunt like this – they revealed special edition in game shirts for the same four clubs last December – but this is the first time that adidas have actually manufactured them in real life and released them to market, and it's perfectly okay to admit you want all four of them. The only thing wrong with them is that they won't be worn on pitch by the clubs.

The Juventus shirt is the absolute winner for us. That dreamy tie-dye effect flowing across the full body is everything an on-pitch third shirt should be. The Three Stripes taking full advantage of their experimental creativity. A test to see how fans react to them with an option to roll out similar on-pitch designs in the future? Let's hope so. After all, the FIFA 18 jersey from last year was the inspiration for the Juve 18/19 home shirt.

Real Madrid are hooked up with an outer-space vibe complemented by the simplicity of the all white 'Fly Emirates' sponsor across the chest of jersey. That old school collar with adidas performance logo providing one aesthetically pleasing look across all four shirts. All of which will be priced at around £65.

The Bayern Munich rendition takes on an exploding star kinda feel and another execution that will look sharp in the alternative realms. All four special edition shirts feature the adidas and EA Sports logos in the bottom right corner. Any shirt that looks like a 90s goalkeeper jersey is good in our book.

The most eccentric design from the collection comes in the form of the Manchester United fourth jersey with an all over leopard-skin print. Being hampered by the 'Chevrolet' logo is a theme that has run throughout the past few United shirts, but this is truly something else. Don't expect any of the designs to stick around for long – we're expecting a rapid sell-out time here.
