PUMA put a slight twist on tradition with the new AC Milan 2019/20 away shirt by taking the club's iconic white away base and infusing it with some modern touches of black and red. Synonymous with great European victories, the white kit is part of the AC Milan DNA.

First used as an alternate colour by AC Milan in 1910, the white kit has since been chosen for numerous major finals. AC Milan have won 6 Champions League, 1 European Super Cup, 1 FIFA Club World Cup and 1 Intercontinental Cup wearing the white away kit, earning global reverence and the nickname ‘The Lucky One.’

The latest version of the away kit for the 2019/20 season is inspired by the classic design. It remains clean and pure, the shoulders feature an equal volume of AC Milan Red & Black whilst retaining the Club’s DNA; 50% Red, 50% Black, 100% AC Milan. A red 'Fly Emirates' sponsor further complements the aesthetic of the shirt, while the black cut keeps the theme going strong.

The new shirt will make its on-pitch debut on July 28 during the club’s US pre-season tour in a fixture vs. S.L. Benfica in Massachusetts. Fittingly AC Milan beat Benfica in the 1963 and 1990 European Cup Finals.
