Rounding out the club’s kit set for the season, Adidas has unveiled the new Lyon third shirt. It was designed in a collaboration between the brand, the club and the Nuits sonores festival, a true Lyon cultural institution.

With not a hint of green in sight, adidas have released the Olympique Lyon 22/23 third shirt, which has been designed in collaboration with Nuits Sonores, an electronic music festival based in Lyon. The jersey represents the town’s many facets (lights, gender equality, togetherness) and celebrates common values between these different stakeholders such as knowledge transmission, sharing and diversity, bringing them all together under one uniting message: “Lyon is our culture”

Like last season’s away jersey, the selected design will also feature on the LDLC ASVEL teams’ away kit for the 2022-23 basketball season. As a nod to the Nuits sonores’ visual identity, which pays tribute to the roots of its flagship genre of electronic music, the new jersey combines graphic black lines with hints of mauve. Like electronic music and its culture, it is intended to be inclusive and uniting.
