Continuing the club’s strong affinity with the colour orange, Inter Milan have unveiled their new third kit for the 23/24 season from Nike, and it will be worn for the first time on Wednesday against Real Sociedad in the Champions League.

Completing the club’s set for the season, Inter Milan have unveiled their new 2023/24 Nike third kit at a community football tournament for Milano Fashion Week. Landing in a bright orange design inspired by the Nerazzurri's third kit from the 2000/01 season, the kit features light and dark grey accent colours on the collar, side panels and cuffs. Inter's crest features in a black monochrome style, along with the Nike Swoosh on the right breast.

This is Inter’s 14th orange kit, with the colour first being used in 1937/38 as the base for the away strip. Orange has long been an alternative for the Nerazzurri’s shirts, especially in the 1950s when, until 1957/58, it was invariably used as a second, third, or even fourth kit. At the start of the new millennium, the third kit was orange for two seasons (2000/01 and 2001/02), and it’s here specifically that the new shirt gives a nod.

As with the home and away jerseys, Nike has used sustainable innovation to create the third kit, reducing waste and environmental impact while helping athletes and fans to play better. Over 75 percent of the range is made from 100 percent recycled polyester that reduces CO2 emissions by up to 30 percent compared to virgin polyester. This contributes towards diverting an average of one billion plastic bottles per year away from landfills and waterways.
