The adidas 2016 limited edition football boot game was lit, no questioning that. But, when you're a Senior Product Manager for the Three Stripes you take the whole limited edition hype to new levels, and that's exactly what Marco Müller has done.

To celebrate an extraordinary year of innovation, friends from the adidas Football Development and Product Creation Teams have presented Müller with three unique personalised shoes with his 'MM' logo plastered across all the boxes. All three renditions of the boots are special to Müller, they're boots he's worked on and are complete one-offs, totally bespoke and priceless. The final boot in the series is arguably the most impressive – a GLITCH16 x PURECHAOS.

The outrageous cross-breed was let off the leash as Müller opened the final special edition of his collection presented to him by his three striped colleagues. A EURO 2016 Mercury Pack upper design disguised as a GLITCH16 skin. That's the sort of stuff you can do on your lunch break at adidas Global HQ when you know the right people. Beats a Tesco Meal Deal and a chat with Jean from accounts in the canteen. As for the other two products in the 'MM' series, Müller was gifted a chrome F50 adizero and matching Nitrocharge.

The adidas f50 adizero was designed in triple chrome and solar blue, once again taking inspiration from the Mercury Pack. If that wasn't enough personalisation then the 'MM' sockliner logo should do it. The adidas F50 adizero was one of the biggest releases that Müller worked on as part of the adidas Product Creation Team, with original prototypes being created in 2008 ahead of the 2010 World Cup.

Completing the collection of 'MM' special editions is the "Triple Chrome" and "Solar Yellow" Nitrocharge, another boot that Müller worked on. Drenched in Mercury Pack vibes once more, the 'MM' Nitrocharge features a tongue icon patch. How's that for a Christmas present? Better than a four pack of Carling in the office secret santa, we'll tell you that much. Yeah, you want to work for adidas. We know.
