Clean as you like. Umbro launch just the second-ever look for the Medusae 3 Elite, which arrives on the scene in a smooth laceless leather design that should offer enough appeal to purists and futurists alike.

We all know the problem: you want to enjoy the clean contact that comes with going laceless, but you love the touch and feel of leather. It’s a conundrum, but it’s something that Umbro have served up an answer to, offering some competition to the only other premium laceless leather boot out there. The Medusae 3 Elite slipped under the radar somewhat following a jarring release that saw the understated sleek black beauty arrive last October in limited quantities before a general release earlier this year.

The “White/Cherry Red/Ibiza Blue” look lands as part of a pack along with the Velocita IV. As well as looking so clean that you probably won't actually want to step out on pitch in them, having the white look also serves to accentuate the fine lines of the K-leather vamp, while the Double Diamond stands out in the contrasting "Ibiza Blue". The "Cherry Red" accents then finish off what is a strong second look for Umbro's overlooked gem. Make no mistake, this is a serious alternative to the COPA 19.

The Medusae III will be worn on pitch by the likes of Portugal’s European Champion Pepe, Edison Flores of Peru, and the US Women’s goalkeeper Ashlyn Harris.
