Japanese brand Mizuno have merged their two leading silos once again and wrapped this signature hybrid in a "White/Galaxy Silver" colourway for a premium icy feel moving into the winter months. The is the latest instalment of the Mizuno Morelia DNA.

What we're looking at here is the Morelia upper sat on top of the Morelia Neo soleplate. This is Mizuno's top two football boot silos merged into one. We'll clear that up quickly, because at first sight it's not entirely clear what you're looking at. The idea is that the super soft upper of the Morelia brings the comfort, while the lightweight, streamlined nature of the Morelia Neo soleplate brings the speed and agility.

So it it a slightly lighter Morelia or a slightly more comfortable Neo? Err, both we guess. If you're a player that wanted the more cushioned leather of the Morelia without sacrificing extra weigh, then great. Or if you're a player that loved the Neo but wanted a bit more cushioning on the upper, then great again. However you see it, let's just all appreciate that beautiful colour combo and understand that any boot carrying the Mizuno logo will tick every box and more in terms of quality.
