Revisiting one of his staple teams, SETTPACE has paired La Liga side Atletico Madrid up with Italian luxury brand Moncler for the latest entry in the designer’s fantasy collaboration concept collection.

Concept designer SETTPACE has been steadily churning out dream collaborations for some of the world’s biggest teams for the last couple of years now, building a reputation as one of the best in the business and certainly dominating the niche position that his angle offers. Next up is Atletico Madrid once again. The La Liga outfit have previously been paired with the likes of Off-White, but this time it’s Moncler that are utilised.

The concept Nike x Moncler Atletico Madrid shirt sees an all-over sublimated graphic interpretation of the Moncler’s branding. Presented in differing shades of green, from a distance it almost has a camo appearance. The design is given a final flourish in the form of the sponsor, club crest and branding, which all appear in gold.

When SETTPACE began this fantasy collaboration line it seemed like it was just that: a fantasy. But as the world’s of football and fashion have moved closer over the last few years, the ideas of these types of crossovers have become more of a possibility, as evidenced by the likes of Marcelo Burlon’s collaboration with Napoli. So would Moncler be a good fit for Atletico? Or is there more of a rugged brand out there that suits their style of play? Would Simeone even want something like this? Would love to see it if we're being honest.
