Staggered across two drops, the full collection references the Nordic landscape while also embracing the brand’s roots with bold block colours from the 90’s football scene.
The first drop in the hummel HIVE AW19 collection is known as the ‘Sportcore' collection, and it boasts a minimalistic aesthetic that blends striking hummel football references with 90’s Scandi-cool silhouettes. The second drop, known as ‘Casual Outdoor’, combines sporty silhouettes with classic outdoor wear references throughout, and is packed with exaggerated proportions, functional puffer detailing and a multitude of stripe motifs, archive geometries and colour blocking.
The full collection sees technical woven materials, bold patterns and further archive references come together to create striking contrasts and comfortable, yet functional interpretations of sport styles, offering a refreshing take on heritage sportswear. Simplicity remains a constant as the brand make use of understated detailing and colour blocking to deliver refined, timeless designs synonymous with hummel.
