Classic Football Shirts have opened their 2018 World Cup pop-up hub in London today as they celebrate the kick off of the tournament with an eleven day party of throwback replica and live football.

The archive heavyweights will be screening every game of the opening 11 days of the tournament alongside a shop retailing international classics plus iconic and obscure designs at The Box Hackney (4-6 Ram place, London E9 6LT). They'll even have a bar on site – as if you needed another excuse to get down there.

Following the 7-day pop-up shop and Fabric of Football exhibition event, Classic Football Shirts will be showcasing some of their most prized possessions from World Cups gone by, along with a strong back-up of vintage club jerseys, from the iconic to the rare. Look out for the Cultural Leonesa ‘Tuxedo’, Loja CD’s ‘Prawn’ shirt, Polencia's ‘Flesh’ kit.

The event will launch on the opening day of the World Cup on June 14th and run until the 24th June, with a limited capacity of 100 people per game. Tickets are available for every game via Eventbrite for guaranteed entry. Tickets for the evening games and weekends are a fiver with this amount refundable as a voucher in the store. Afternoon games are free.

The space will also feature the artwork of iconic moments and players from previous tournaments from talented illustrators Entire Designs, Mark Johnson, Art of Football, Kieran Carroll, Hallyink and Feefa Inc. 32 classic shirts worn by the teams competing in this year's tournament will also be on show.

The Classic Football Shirts Pop-Up is open Monday to Sunday from Midday to 9:30pm, and 10-10 on Saturday 16 June to accommodate all four games that day. Open June 14th to June 24 at The Box Hackney (4-6 Ram place, London E9 6LT.
