Wrapping up a five day celebration of creativity in London, adidas shut down the Creator Base in the capital this week with appearances from stars of the music and sporting worlds, including Stormzy, AJ Tracey, Stuart Broad and Anthony Watson.

Bringing together people from all across London in a space that celebrated the clash of football, culture and creativity, adidas laid on a specially designed and installed football pitch, a live music space with performances every night, a live radio broadcast space hosted by REPREZENT Radio, a World Cup screening room, panna cages, a creator workshop and a EA Sports FIFA lounge. Not a bad spread at all.

The Shoreditch space became a hub for Londoners to create with adidas, serving as a physical expression of the brand’s world cup advertising campaign. From design workshops for concept adidas boots, street football tournaments and live performances; the space allowed young Londoners to express themselves in front of recognisable faces from the music and sporting industries.

The adidas Creator Base hosted the Tango League Final, where three-time winners K5s reigned once more, with the tournament MVP winning himself a World Cup Final trip.

Cricketer Stuart Broad, England rugby players Courtney Lawes and Anthony Watson, football stars Melissa Lawley and Millie Bright, athletes Jaz Sawyers and Lynsey Sharp and U17 World Cup winner Rhian Brewster dropped in as the week progressed to all put their own spin on the space. Job done.
