Paul Pogba is about to bring some special limited edition game to the international scene as adidas hook the Frenchman up with a pair of personalised re-issued Predator Accelerator boots to wear in France's upcoming fixtures against Germany and the Netherlands.

France are set to play their first game as current World Champions when they travel to Munich on Thursday night and adidas have supplied their main man with a fitting tribute. Just 1998 pairs of the adidas Predator Accelerator were released in the OG colourway last month and the Three Stripes have kept a pair back for Pogba, complete with two stars, French tricolour flag and SG plate customisation.

Pogba's special edition Predator Accelerators also feature his signature 'PP' logo for an added shot of premium treatment. France won the World Cup exactly twenty years after their first triumph in 1998, a year when Zinedine Zidane wore the original Predator Accelerator in the Paris final. Pogba will return to the Stade de France on September 9 for the French homecoming against the Netherlands, but before that there's the small matter of a trip to 2014 World Champions Germany.

Royal recognition for the Man United midfielder, and adidas aren't the only brand serving up custom flavour for their French players – Nike have supplied "White/Gold" editions of their boots to every Swoosh-sponsored player in the France squad. It's two star season.
