Bayern Munich and Austria defender David Alaba has renewed his partnership with adidas in a deal which will see him continue to wear the Three Stripes right up until 2026 – a move that will no doubt ensure that he spends his entire playing career as an adidas athlete.

Alaba joined adidas back in 2008 when he arrived at Bayern Munich and he has since stayed loyal to the club and the brand for over a decade now. As his partnership with adidas reaches a tenth year the Three Stripes are rewarding him with a fresh deal that will remain with the brand until he's 34 years old. A serious display of valued commitment from both sides.

A teenage Alaba began his Bayern Munich career wearing the adidas adiPure series before switching into the Predator and then later the F50 range. Nowadays the Austria captain is wearing the laceless, mid-collared Nemeziz 18+ – a boot stark in contrast to the leather adiPure he kicked his first ball in anger with for the Bavarians.
