Once again looking to the future and the development of the game, Roc Nation Sports has announced its 'Class of 2022’: the latest five young up-and-coming superstars to sign with the sports agency.

Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI) continues to build its momentum in the football space, building on last years class of 21 with the addition of five of the most exciting young prospects in European football, and they’ve enlisted the help of one of their own in Kevin De Bruyne to help make the announcement. The class of 22 is made up of Ezra Carrington (Manchester City U16s and England U17s), Kaiden Wilson (Chelsea FC U16s), Lewis Orford (West Ham United U16s and England U16s), Michael Golding (Chelsea FC U16s and England U16s), and Zach Marsh (Watford FC U16s, England U17s).

Alan Redmond, Roc Nation’s Head of Football, sees these signings as further testament to the company’s focus on identifying and recruiting the best emerging talent in the world: “This is an incredible group of players that are exceptionally talented and hard-working. Our mission is to identify players that share our ethos and values. These players fit that criteria and we look forward to being part of their journey by providing support and guidance in their development across all aspects of their on and off pitch careers.

Nathan Campbell, Global Director of Football Recruitment added: “The annual ‘Class of …’ concept allows us to identify the most exciting talent but we’re always conscious that these are young men who are developing both on and off the pitch. We are very selective with who we bring onboard. This allows us to provide each player with the time and attention they need in order to succeed at the highest level. We are looking forward to working with them and assisting wherever we can.
