In embracing the community that surrounds their club, Bradford City have released their 16/17 fourth kit. A bespoke design that has been released to raise funds for their footballing academy.

Football shirts and their regular rotation are often a contentious issue. Season after season new shirts come and go and many burn through the pockets when it comes to cash value. This initiative however is about the collective efforts of one club's fans. The shirt that will be worn for the upcoming fixture against Gillingham has the names of all those fans who have helped with the project printed all over. A sharp design and momentous keep sake, it has been produced by kit manufacture Avec Sports. What's more, it's price point of £30 is cheaper than the average football shirt.

Some description

A limited edition shirt that carries the famous bantam and iconic colours, all profits will be going back into the club's academy. Using the kit to embrace the fixture with Gillingham, it's also being dubbed the '#bantamsfamily fixture' with initatives such as quid a kid price points to help encourage more fans to get along to the game. No more empty stadiums, that's what we say. Nice one Bradford City.
