Headlining adidas' new #therewillbehaters campaign is the much anticipated 2015 F50 adizero. The sixth-incarnation of the adizero series lands with a new look and an armoury of fresh tech updates.

The new adidas F50 adizero (VI) has officially landed, with Gareth Bale and many of Europe’s elite taking the opportunity this past weekend to put the officially dubbed "Solar Red/White/Core Black" speed boots through their paces. Designed to maximise speed and manoeuvrability, the 2015 adidas F50 adizero has been given a complete make-over. Upon first inspection this is an adizero like no other, designed with a new “Ghost” graphic launched in a “Solar Red” colourway with a unique visual twist as adidas opt for subtle Three Stripe branding reserved for the heel and tongue.

On the tech side of things, the boots have been given a number of upgrades under its hood. A 3D dribbletex layer on the upper allows for better speed dribbling in wet or dry conditions. The outsole has also had a complete re-design, with a new grip texture and stud configuration with a second level of traction on the forefoot base, inspired by sprint spikes.

The strongest change in design direction for adidas since the launch of the adizero series, we're labelling the new-generation boot as a grower. What it lacks in typical F50 visuals it more than makes up for in performance and feel and there's something about the Three Stripes on the heels that does it for us. Ok, #ThereMightBeHaters but there's nothing but love coming out of SB HQ for this little drop.

The adidas F50 adizero is available at selected stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer.
