adidas drop a fresh black/white/blue combo on the adizero.

A black speed boot with crisp white stripes, you can't go too far wrong with that. The latest black/white/blue adidas adizero F50 is a simplistic but classy alternative from the solar zest and solar blue launch editions of the new generation F50.

After dropping a leather version of the adizero earlier in the week adidas have revealed the next colour update to their 150g synthetic speed boot and we're expecting a decent reaction. By dimming the lights on the F50 adidas have created a mean looking speed boot featuring icy flashes of blue.

In recent months adidas have experimented with eye catching colourways that stand out on pitch and are visually impressive but their latest silo colour updates take on different sense of style. There's something undeniably cool about black football boots and the whole retro feel but when one of the most technologically advanced boots is sprayed black that cool factor goes up another notch.

The technology on the F50 adizero has undergone a series of transformations from the previous model. The semi-transparent upper material towards the back of the boot is a revolutionary material known as SPEEDFOIL that combines lightweight, softness and durability for a comfortable, yet locked down heel fit.

HYBRIDTOUCH technology is placed on striking surface of the boot; this is a super soft high performance upper material designed for use in all weather conditions. Further down the boot adidas use a 3D raised grip texture to aid high speed dribbling in dry and wet conditions called DRIBBLETEX.

The black/white/blue F50 sits on an all black SprintFrame with blue studs to match the lines that follow underneath the famous Three Stripes, the adidas logo on the heel and the 'F50' on the tongue. For us, it's hard to picture a better looking colourway, but what do you think, reckon adidas have nailed it?
