The first X15+ Primeknit offering of the year lands in "Sonic Gold" as adidas look to make a bold impact on the feet of their professional players.
Arriving as only the third Primeknit colourway to wrap around the X silo, the "Sonic Gold" design sits at the top of the X pyramid, above the synthetic and leather editions of the boot. Tech wise it's as you were, with adidas focusing on the next-generation as their first major update of the new year - the X's time to shine will come, but for now, with this paint update, it's shining pretty brightly anyway.
The X 15+ takes on some extensive changes from the standard X’s synthetic to the PrimeKnit upper and the tongue is attached in a method nearly identical to the Primeknit 2.0 and Primeknit boost, which can couple with the adidas techfit collar to create a close fit. Sunsetty.
