With the Furon adopting a second-generation midway through 2016, it's a straight up colour update for New Balance's lightweight speed boot this time around as the brand make their first moves of 2017. Dressed to match the new Visaro 2.0, it's an "Alpha Orange" statement suit for the Furon 2.0

New Balance have made strides in bulking up their Furon squad this season. For a long period of time the Visaro was considered as the only New Balance option for players but the second-generation Furon has advanced and in turn, attracted more players. You can expect to see Jesus Navas, Kevin Mirallas and Alvaro Negredo in this colourway to name just a few.

Some description

Things are looking far more secure for New Balance in 2017. A Visaro update is joined by a matching Furon 2.0 – a boot that has focused heavily on comfort after issues with the first generation. A dramatic upgrade on the debut Furon, the second edition features a hybrid mesh upper and Galaxy Sprint Spike inspired collar for an adaptive fit. Top line lacing in introduced for a locked in fit and an ultralight overall feel. In short, it's a much better boot than the first gen.
