adidas have unveiled the official match ball to be used in the 2014/15 Europa League season. The ball from Brazil is back and re-decorated in time for another round of tournament football.

Yeah, it's just a different coloured Brazuca but adidas have stuck with their successful match ball used in the World Cup by wrapping it in a colourway that reflects the UEFA Europa League logo. Tech-wise, it's a case of 'if it ain't broke don't fix it', but other additions include a faint image of the Europa League trophy and tournament logo as adidas kick off another season as the official ball supplier to UEFA & FIFA.

If you spot the new ball on pitch before September the chances are you're sat at home wondering who KSC Lokeren are and how Hull are playing in Europe and, more importantly, what you're doing watching it. Ok, the Europa League mainly exists because there's nothing else to do on a Thursday but the match ball's decent, right?

The adidas UEFA Europa League 14/15 Match Ball is available from select stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer.
