Lukas Podolski knows how to get our attention. The Arsenal man is forever mixing up his adidas footwear and he's stepped out in training today wearing a custom gold/white version of the previous F50 model.
We've already seen the charismatic German testing the next-generation adizero F50 this season but ahead of Arsenal's Champions League tie with Anderlecht on Tuesday Poldi reached into his impressive boot archive to pick out a gold/white leather edition of the last adizero. Yep gold boots, that's what you can do when you've won the World Cup kids.
This isn't the first time we've seen Lukas toy with his own designs, back in May he wore another unique design showing support for his friend and countryman Michael Schumacher and he's always knocking on adidas' door as soon as there's a new colourway on the cards. Podolski wore the Supernatural F50 against Burnley at the weekend and he's expected to stay in that despite this golden appearance today.
