The next on-pitch football boot collection from adidas has snuck onto the scene as Inter Milan teammates Borja Valero and Miranda laced up in the upcoming colourways of the X and COPA at the club's Suning Training Centre on Wednesday morning.
The currently unreleased pack will arrive as the final adidas on-pitch collection of the 2018/19 season and will be worn by all contracted adidas athletes for their final top flight domestic games, as well as in the Europa League and Champions League Finals. The pack will drop as a foursome which will include the next-generation Nemeziz 19+ alongside colour ups for the Predator, COPA and X – the latter two appearing on the feet of the Inter players here.
The new colourways won't officially launch until next month but an early package has obviously arrived at Inter Milan's training ground as Spanish midfielder Borja Valero sported the laced X 18.1 update in a metallic silver styled upper with red trim. A smart two-colour combo that'll look strong when the respective trophies are lifted to conclude the 18/19 season.
Valero was joined by veteran Brazilian centre-back Miranda who provided a first look at the next colourway for the COPA 19.1 boot. The COPA borrows the red from the X 18.1 and places it on the stripes of an all black upper with metallic silver trim and branding. We've seen numerous players testing blackout editions of the next-generation Nemeziz, including Inter's Antonio Candreva, and it's likely that we'll get a glimpse of the next Predator update before it launches for real as part of the Three Stripes' next drop.
