Nike begin preparations for the 2015/16 season early by lacing up Real Madrid's Spanish full-back Dani Carvajal in a blacked-out version of the next and sixth-generation Tiempo Legend boot.
The current Tiempo Legend V launched in December 2013 as the most technologically advanced of the series to date and is currently Nike's second longest serving silo after the HyperVenom. 18-24 months is just about the standard shelf life of football boot these days so it comes as no surprise to see Nike begin their player feedback on an updated version of the famous heritage silo. 
A much larger, wider Swoosh wraps around the boot from the heel on the medial side, and the recognisable pattern on the instep indicates that Nike have got their Flywire technology involved on the silo, a feature that was threaded onto the Elite version of the Tiempo Legend IV. The instep also hosts a smaller Swoosh that sits towards the heel of the boot, in similar fashion to the Magista.
There's no sign of any traditional stitching on the upper, which looks set to be replaced by an unknown support skeleton in the forefoot upper. Scheduled to drop in late 2015, Nike have yet to reveal any tech details on their updated Tiempo VI but whatever it holds we're tipping that old-school fat Swoosh to be a popular addition.
