A series of animations designed by Martin Laksman and brought into motion by Rich Hinchcliffe, these illustrations, created for ESPN, bring out the best of the 2015/16 Premier League winners, Leicester City.
An inspired project that packs as much character as it does match winning medals, there are slices of each character that have been played out in each animation. From the cool charisma of Claudio Ranieri to the groundbreaking back of the net finding ability of Jamie Vardy, the collection of images takes in a number of players and their attributes.
A season that will be celebrated long into the summer by fans all over the world, Leicester gave inspiration to the game serving up an unlikely fairy tale for the Premier League. We know that. But seeing it played out and stretching into the equally compelling world of design, the inspiration and excitement that this club has conjured is down right dumbfounding.
Brilliantly so, these illustrations come animations bring to the table just some of the players that brought the party to the pitch. With just one Premier League game to go for the Foxes, it's a carnival to savour. Utter kings, captured with class and personified by the rocksteady shield of captain Wes Morgan, celebrate it well lads.
