Borussia Dortmund are next up in the fantasy collaboration cannon, as designer SETTPACE turns his attention to the Bundesliga side, borrowing from an existing hook up between Razer and BAPE to create another of the greatest shirts we’ll never see.
Following on from what has to be one of the most bizarre collaborations out there in the BVB x SpongeBob team up, designer SETTPACE has created a concept shirt that may appeal to the masses over the age of 13. The design sees the existing look of Razer’s “A Gaming Ape” collaboration with *A Bathing Ape, which marked the tech giant’s first-ever foray into the world of street-wear, expanded into the world of football for a bioluminescent hit of pure pleasure that suits the youthful vibe of the Dortmund squad to a tee.
PSG and Juventus smashed open the door to off-pitch collaborations with their respective Jordan and Palace pairings, and while we wait for the rest of the world to catch up, SETTPACE has picked up the ball and run with it, providing potential options for the likes of Liverpool x Mason Margiela, Inter x Marcelo Burlon, Atletico x Off White, and even visiting the international scene with the England x Burberry concept.
