As everyone knows, adidas have a firm hold on MLS, with a deal ensuring that you will only see kits from the German brand worn in the top American league until at least 2024. But concept designer 'Santi Kits' has whipped up an alternate view from a potential Swoosh perspective.
With the 2019 MLS season right around the corner, the graphic designer has produced 48 Nike kits – that’s a primary and secondary kit for all 24 MLS franchises – and the results are impressive, despite the fact that they will never come to fruition. The collection uses the core colours and stand-out features of each club, and the designs are created on a combination of Nike’s recognisable Aeroswift templates along with other standard and some more experimental templates. Tidy.
