Goal Click specialise in showcasing sides of the Beautiful Game that perhaps don’t always get the attention they may deserve, and now, with Euro 2022 in full swing, they’ve turned their collective attention to the women’s game, launching a series called ‘The Inside View’.
UEFA Euro 2022 is really starting to pick up pace, and Goal Click have chosen this moment to unveil their latest series, titled ‘The Inside View’. For the project they have collaborated with 12 international women’s footballers from across the competing Women’s Euro nations, handing over the camera to allow these players to document their football lives in the weeks leading up to the tournament – finishing club seasons, playing in cup finals, national team training camps, and international friendlies, with some even continuing to shoot into the tournament itself.
The first part sees individuals from Austria, Northern Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, and Iceland giving a rare and candid look behind the scenes in the build up to this summer’s tournament, with the next batch set to be released next week. So take a gander below, and head to goal-click to read the full interviews with each of the players.
