This year, adidas celebrate their 70th anniversary, and as part of what’s sure to be a year of special releases the Three Stripes kick things off with the COPA70 collection, which includes some classic clothing that boasts a timeless appeal.
Comprised of a football jersey-inspired tee and tracksuit jacket & bottoms, the limited edition clothing range lands alongside the COPA70 boot and two pairs of COPA70 trainers, giving you the option to take your COPA love on to the pitch or pavement. The collection is unmistakably adidas, with the Three Stripes branding taking pride of place down the arms of both the jacket and tee, and also the legs of the bottoms. All three pieces are also littered with references to the 70 year anniversary – calling out the year it all began, a “1949” badge that’s reminiscent of the original “Bluebird” logo features on all three garments, while you won’t have to look too hard to find “LXX” on each – that’s 70 in Roman numerals.
