If you’re going to pay homage to one of the greatest players of all-time, then this is the way to do it. Prane Paris have launched a second collection dedicated to El Fenomeno, reworking and revamping six of Ronaldo’s team jerseys from his outstanding career.
The Fenomeno One.of.One Drop No.2 is the second part of a football-inspired collection that celebrates the Brazilian legend, Ronaldo, and his numerous achievements in the game. Undeniably one of the best strikers of all time, the collection takes six shirts from his glittering career and turns them into unique streetwear pieces. Included in the collection are two reworked PSV shirts – his first European club, for whom he scored 53 goals in 57 games at only 18 years of age – two unmistakeable Inter Milan shirts (we all know how prolific he was there), complete with Pirelli sponsor logo, and of course, two Brazil shirts, one of which takes the aforementioned Pirelli logo from Milan, and flips it on its head with a Fenomeno tweak.
Complete with One.of.One branding throughout, the collection also features a photo of a fresh-faced Ronaldo holding out his passport displaying the huge impact he had at such a young age. The Swoosh also appears in selective locations for more authenticity that further ties the vintage vibes of the collection to the modern streetwear aesthetic. Prane Paris exists as a football-inspired streetwear brand that's unapologetic in its approach as it explores football shirt culture and soccer history, making products that are “for real football fans only.” Can't argue with that.
