Continuing their already impressive journey ahead of their huge El Trafico playoff semi final, LAFC take new strides into lifestyle clothing with a first-of-its-kind-in-MLS-history collection that celebrates the Korean community of Los Angeles.
Continuing the club’s promise of uniting the World’s City through the World’s Game, LAFC are releasing the first ever Korean merchandise collection in Major League Soccer history. Designed by Korean artist Hokeun Choi, the collection displays his take on LAFC using old Korean neon signs as inspiration across a range of apparel that utilises the same unmistakeable gold on black look; undoubtedly one of the strongest in world football.
The whole collection is modelled by LAFC’s Korean supporter group, TSG (Tigers Supporter Group), and they were shot in the heart of Koreatown in Los Angeles for an authentic feel. The collection will only be available at LAFC HQ at the Banc of California Stadium ahead of this Thursday's game. LAFC have made huge waves in the MLS, with some of the most passionate and recognisable supporters spurring them on to lifting the Supporters’ Shield in what was only the club’s second season in the league, and the TSG played their part within that collective.
Now, LAFC prepare to face bitter rivals, LA Galaxy in the MLS Cup conference semi finals. El Trafico. In the Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs. Huge would be an understatement…
LAFC face LA Galaxy on Thursday 24 October (10:30 pm ET, 3:30 am Friday 25 October UK time). Don't miss it.
