The Manchester City squad headed out to their Champions League encounter with Atalanta this week dressed in their latest clothing collection from Dsquared2, giving a debut to the AW19 capsule.
The latest Manchester City x Dsquared2 collection represents season 4 of the collaboration, and much like last season’s winter collection, it comes predominantly in black, with Dsquared2 branding featuring throughout alongside Manchester City’s club crest. The Milan-based fashion label has provided a collection that melds the Dsquared2 signature look with athletic and tailoring details for yet another hit of iconic silhouettes, fabrics and accessories.
The collection features a raincoat, jeans, backpack, sweatshirt and accessories, all – apparently – Inspired by the diverse personalities of the players… The sweatshirt is the most eye-catching amongst the collection, with most players sporting the oversized club crest that dominates its front as they were snapped boarding the plane to Italy this week.
The collection continues City's foray into the fashion x football world, with Dsquared2, recognised for its detail-oriented tailoring and outfitting the Premier League champions since 2016, providing yet another pre-match look for the club ahead of their Champions League games this season.
