Following on from the surprise launch in Wednesday's 2-1 win over Genoa, Palace Skateboards have unveiled the new lookbook for their highly anticipated Juventus x adidas Football collection. The full collection, which is set to drop on November 8, features lifestyle pieces alongside the special edition fourth jersey.
Rumours of a collaboration between the club and Palace had been circulating since the spring, but no official launch date was ever leaked, and by the time Juventus took to the pitch against Genoa in their special edition kit Palace & adidas had caught the market off-guard. Having already had a first look at the on-pitch shirt, Palace have followed up with full details of the collection in a lookbook which showcases collaborative apparel and accessories pieces.
Training jerseys, tracksuits, pullovers, and accessories take on a vibe reminiscent of the adidas kit template taken from the 2006 World Cup that took place in Germany. For such a hyped link-up all three parties managed to keep the collection under wraps until the very last minute when the Juve team took to the pitch in the special edition shirt that featured hits of green on the club badge, sleeves, names, numbers, and the Palace x adidas crest on the chest.
The team arrived in all-white tracksuits and warmed up in matching training jackets, which have now also been revealed as part of the collaboration which will drop on Nov 8. The training top also launches in a black option, also featuring dominant Palace branding on the back. That statement orange and lime training top with retro GK vibes is no doubt a standout piece from the lifestyle offerings, too. Accessories wise, you can expect a co-branded football, beanie, backpack, hats and goalkeeper gloves when the collection lands later this week.
Proving that streetwear in football is here to stay, the collection is the latest venture into a movement which has already seen a colossal link up between Paris Saint-Germain and Jordan. The full Juventus x Palace x adidas Football collection is expected to sell out pretty promptly so make sure you're on it come Friday if you want in.
