Back for another dose of retro-infused goodness, Patta have once again hooked up with Italian sportswear brand NR Ennerre for a throwback football jersey that’s inspired the Napoli 89/90 away shirt.
Following on from their hook up earlier this year on the first No.10 Football Jersey, which was inspired by the kit Italian football club Naples wore during their 88/89 season, Patta and NR Ennerre are back together for another collaboration, completing the set with a shirt inspired by the red away shirt from the same season. It was a season in which Napoli won their second Scudetto, guided by the season’s topscorer Diego Maradona.
Founded by ex-football player Nicola Raccuglia, NR was technical sponsor of numerous Italian football teams in the 80s, and is known for its exceptional Made-in-Italy quality. The Patta x NR No. 10 Long Sleeve Football Jersey is fabricated in the authentic NR way, out of the highest quality acrylic material with a wool-like feel. As such, it only comes in two sizes, with its stretchy character ensuring the one size will fit S, M & L, and the other XL and XXL.
The front of the jersey sees the sponsor replaced with Patta branding, and features NR embroidered appliqué as well as a Patta Panther patch. The back of the shirt is decorated with the since-retired number 10 in white fabric, sewn on with a zig zag stitch.
The Patta x NR No. 10 Longsleeve Football Jersey will be available on the Patta app on Wednesday 14 October as a pre-release, and will land at Patta Amsterdam, London, Milan and on the Patta online store on Friday 16 October at 13:00 CEST.
