For the third year running, Paris Saint-Germain have unveiled their new formal wardrobe from Dior, and this year the exclusive creations have been designed personally by Kim Jones, Artistic Director of Dior's men's collections.
The PSG x Dior partnership kicked off back in 2021, and it now extends into its third year with the club’s latest formalwear collection. The elegant wardrobe, which comes in shades of black, blue and grey, reveals a casual silhouette featuring a Harrington jacket, knitted jumper, oxford shirt (each embellished with an intricate 'Paris Saint-Germain' patch and delicate embroidery) and Dior Explorer loafers with the CD Icon signature on the vamp. A Hit the Road backpack and toiletry bag, featuring the unmistakable CD Diamond motif, complete the selection.
The timeless evening outfit includes a coat and a pair of Monk Dior Evidence shoes, while a cashmere scarf, silk tie and reversible belt complete each look.
The men’s team will wear the collection on route to matches for the rest of this season as The House of Dior and PSG continue to strengthen the bond that is built on their shared passion for the City of Light, and they continue to celebrate it around the world.
Having Kim Jones step up to personally design the collection is a privilege reserved for the premium, but we can’t help but hope that the renowned designer may try his hand once again on a product that is more directly linked to the action on the pitch, as he did with the special edition Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 back in 2018.
