Getting an early glimpse of part of the brand’s upcoming collection, Kid Super has revealed a pair of football shirts announcing KidSuper Football Club, and dedicated to the one and only Ronaldinho.
KidSuper founder, Colm Delane, is a self-professed football fanatic, and his label has enjoyed several collaborations that have crossed that white line over the years, notably with PUMA and through last season’s Barnsley kit. Now though, KidSuper go back to where so many people’s love of the beautiful game began: Ronaldinho.
The Brazilian is the focus of a pair of upcoming jerseys from KidSuper, as Dillane pays tribute as only he can. The jersey template is replicated across both, playing host to a stylised image of a young Ronaldinho graphic across the front, with the KidSuper club crest being an obvious homage to Ronaldinho's childhood club, Gremio. 'KidSuper Football Club' sits in the sponsor slot, with an embroidered version of Ronaldinho's signature sitting on the right of the chest. On the reverse, is the name and iconic number of the shirt's focus, riding above a final 'KidSuper Sports' sign off.
KidSuper's Paris Fashion Week AW24 show is set for this Saturday, 20 January, so expect to potentially see more there.
