A Closer Look At Bode SS25 Ready-To-Wear Collection

Designer Emily Adams Bode Aujla continues to explore American athletic wear after her successful collaboration with Nike and secondary line, Bode Recreation, last season. A stunning collection, lets have a look at some of the effortlessly timeless pieces.

Bode Recreation II arrives for the Spring/Summer season. Emily Adams Bode Aujla, designer and founder of Bode, again opts for a collection with nods to American athletic wear – similar to last season which saw huge praise for the fashion label. The designer has found her niche in this market, perfectly blending athletic wear with a vintage touch. From jerseys to shorts to jackets, in the SS25 collection there is a piece for everyone.

Stand out pieces from Bode Recreation II include a now-signature appliquéd Bode team jersey and shorts – an obvious nod to vintage football shirts from the 20th century. The jersey thrives in simplicity, arriving in a classic black complimented by a white fold-over collar and stooped neck line. Finished with the 'Bode crest' and number 5 printed on the chest.

Nods to other sports are also present within other pieces of the collection, with the likes of tennis skirts, baseball-like jerseys, varsity jackets, and retro bodysuits spotted in some of the versatile looks. Not only do these pieces look the part but they feel just as good. Cotton t-shirts made from the finest, thinnest cotton imaginable along with sporty Terry cloth sets add to making this another outstanding collection from the designer. Often known for her long-established unique menswear, it is great to see Emily Adams Bode Aujla also have an individual point-of-view on the womenswear, rather than just the same style with a different cut. A staggering collection to say the least.
