CHARLY continue their run of striking designs with the 2025 Heritage Collection. For this drop, they celebrate their roots, honouring Mexican culture and identity through four distinctive looks.
Mexican brand CHARLY have unveiled their 2025 Heritage Collection, a lifestyle-led capsule that celebrates the vibrancy, artistry, and mythology of Mexican heritage. The collection pays homage to deep-rooted Mexican traditions through a modern football-inspired lens with four stunning jerseys and the caps to match. The result is a series of shirts that perfectly symbolise the pride of identity and heritage, wearable symbols that honour the past whilst resonating with the latest generations.
Breaking away from their club associations, the Heritage Collection is CHARLY’s statement of cultural pride. Sports Marketing Director, Mauricio Rodríguez Vallejo, explained “We wanted to share the rich culture of Mexico beyond the stereotypical depictions in hopes it will resonate with Mexicans, Mexican Americans, and those deeply entrenched in football culture.”
Let’s look closer at the four jerseys. Each arrive in a distinct colourway and loaded with tonnes of symbolism. First up is a crisp white look paired with wine accents, producing a refined palette that reflects elegance and purity. It’s premium and it’s luxury. Next, a classic green canvas with red and white trimmings, an unmistakeable nod to the Mexican flag, stitching its spirit directly into the fabric of this piece. One that can’t be missed is a striking black and gold design, providing a beautiful combination of both strength and power whilst staying true to another simple yet eye-catching design. Last, but most definitely not least, is a warm wine and gold colour palette, it’s distinctive yet rooted in traditional, carrying a sense of heritage pride everywhere it goes.
Threaded throughout the collection is the figure of Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent deity of Aztec Mythology. Known as a creator god who gave life by mixing his blood with the bones of ancestors, Quetzalcoatl represents rebirth, authenticity, and strength – qualities CHARLY weave into each jersey. Completing the look on the back of the shirt is a ‘Mexico’ print, ensuring the message of cultural identity is loud and clear.
